Shipping Policy

All Clean Cravings products are stored and shipped frozen in insulated containers with dry ice using the trusted national providers, UPS and Fed Ex within the continental U.S. Our products are shipped from our centrally located distribution center allowing us to utilize ground delivery services to provide the most cost-effective shipping rates possible.  Clean Cravings ships everywhere in the continental US within 3 days.

Most orders ship within one business day. We guarantee everything will arrive frozen; therefore, depending on your location and shipping option chosen, some orders received Thursday & Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday to ensure frozen products are not held over the weekend. At the time of shipment, you will be notified with an e-mail that will provide your order tracking number. We also offer Express Shipping providing 1-2 day delivery. For special requests and last minute orders please do not hesitate to call us at 847-780-7104 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!

Orders received before 12pm CST on:

  • Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be shipped that day*.
  • Thursday and Friday with a 1-day transit time will be shipped that day*.
  • NOTE: Orders with a 2-3 day transit time received on Wednesday (after 12pm CST), Thursday, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays will be shipped the following Monday unless Saturday or Express delivery is specifically requested. For Saturday deliveries, Fed Ex Home Delivery will be utilized. 

*We do our best to ship orders the day we receive them. If it is critical that an order arrive by a particular date, please put a note in the Comments section during check out or call us at: 1-888-623-6776, Option 3.

Important Notes:

  • When placing your order, please double check the shipping address as our guarantee does not apply to orders with incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Our carriers are instructed to ship the products under “signature release”, allowing them to leave the package at the door without a signature. If you desire for a signature to be required, please specify in the comments section of your order. We guarantee the items will remain frozen until late in the evening of the delivery date. We recommend that when placing your order, you verify that the recipient will be available to assume delivery of the package. If the recipient is not going to be home on a certain day or week, please add a comment and/or select a preferred delivery week during check out. We regret that will are unable to refund or reship orders that thaw because no one is available to receive the package. 

Our shipping charges reflect only a fraction of the actual costs we incur to ship your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. These costs are based on the shipment weight and volume and special handling required for frozen products.
